For shortening the development period! Laboratory centrifuge LAC2000 [available for rent]

A lab centrifuge that can filter with just 2 liters of liquid! The filtration time is reduced to about 1/5, contributing to faster development!

Typically, a centrifuge requires at least 10 liters of liquid for filtration, even at its minimum size. However, this laboratory centrifuge "LAC2000" can filter with just 2 liters of liquid. As a result, the filtration time is reduced to about one-fifth, leading to a shorter development period. Additionally, while conventional centrifuges do not allow visibility of the separation process, this machine has a glass design, making it possible to see the progress of the separation. This visibility allows for monitoring how the separation is proceeding and understanding what went wrong in case of failure, enabling data collection. We have received numerous feedback from pharmaceutical companies and universities stating that the development time has been shortened. ◎ It allows testing of small sample sizes under various conditions in the early stages of development, contributing to a reduction in development time. *LAC Series Introduction Video* http://youtu.be/SyhDHPxfDYs *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.*

All-in-one modular laboratory centrifuge LAC Type E

Standard equipment includes a liquid tank and a set liquid tank. Just prepare the sample and you're good to go! You can comfortably conduct filtration tests without the need for difficult movements like bending over.

The specially designed slim basket and transparent casing allow for visual observation of the filtration process, enabling testing of small sample quantities under various conditions during the early stages of development. This helps reduce the costs of expensive samples and contributes to shortening experimental time and development periods. The laboratory centrifuge LAC Type S has been modularized for easier use. It now comes standard with a feed tank and a filtrate tank that were previously necessary for filtration tests. Since the centrifuge is set up on a cart, it allows for comfortable filtration testing without the need for strenuous movements like bending down. - Separation of small sample quantities is possible. Because separation tests can be conducted with small samples, the time required for testing can be significantly reduced. Additionally, testing under different conditions can be easily performed. - It is possible to shorten research and development time. Unlike previous separation machines used for research and development, the basket cover is made of transparent glass, allowing for visual observation of the separation state. This makes it easier to identify causes if the filtration speed is not as expected, leading to a reduction in experimental time. - Disassembly and cleaning are easy. Compared to conventional separation machines, the main body can be easily disassembled and assembled, making machine cleaning and crystal recovery straightforward. ▼For more details, see "Basic Information."

【Case Study】Space-saving to Improve Research Efficiency!

The new standard for laboratory centrifuges. Achieving operability, cleanability, and space-saving all in one!

We received an inquiry from Company D, which manufactures and sells pharmaceuticals, asking, "Is there a lab centrifuge that considers design and handling?" In response, we proposed the LAC-2000 type E, an improved version of the conventional LAC-2000 model. We thoroughly reviewed the workflow, cleaning ease, appearance, and footprint, and after much trial and error with users, we completed the design. The exterior is made entirely of stainless steel, with the control panel integrated into the equipment. Prioritizing ease of use for researchers, we have carefully designed the height and layout. Additionally, a small slurry tank is mounted on top, allowing for gravity-fed liquid supply, which eliminates the need for a pump and saves space. The waste liquid processing has also been improved by combining a buffer tank with a transport device, enhancing usability. During inspections, we received high praise for the appearance and operability, making it a unit that significantly contributes to efficiency in research settings.

For shortening the development period! LAC series laboratory centrifuges [available for rent]

Shortening the development period! We can test small samples in various conditions during the early stages of development.

The laboratory centrifuge "LAC Series" features an extremely thin disc-shaped rotating basket and employs transparent glass on both sides, allowing for direct observation of the state and changes of the processed materials (crystals, liquids) during rotation. Additionally, when considering scaling up to actual manufacturing machines, the thickness of the crystal layer within the basket is deemed necessary to some extent to assess filtration resistance, leading to the decision to maximize the diameter of the rotating body. Conversely, regarding the height of the basket, it is considered that during scaling up, only the expansion of the filtration area needs to be taken into account, resulting in the thickness being minimized as much as possible. By adopting a disc shape and reducing the basket capacity, data can be collected even with very small test samples. 【Features】 - Separation of small sample volumes - Transparent basket cover - Easy disassembly and cleaning - Separation of difficult-to-filter materials such as fine particles - Easy scaling up For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
